PRIVACY AT TRIAD.
This page explains what the community platform stores, what other members can see, and how to remove your account data.
Authentication
Member sign-in is handled by ChatGPT. TRIAD receives the verified account email and, when available, the account name needed to recognize the signed-in member. TRIAD does not receive or store your ChatGPT or Google password.
Information we store
- Your account email, display name, role, and optional profile details.
- Community activity such as posts, RSVPs, reviews, team requests, saved loadouts, reports, and submissions.
- Files you intentionally upload and operational records used for rate limiting, moderation, and administrative accountability.
What is public
Your display name and appropriate published community contributions may be visible publicly. If you enable roster visibility, approved team pages can also show the photo, callsign, biography, website, and social links you choose to add. A contact email appears only when you enter a public contact address and explicitly enable that option. Your sign-in email, private profile settings, saved loadouts, pending submissions, notifications, and administrative records are not displayed to visitors.
Use, retention, and deletion
Information is used to provide the features you request, protect the community, and maintain source and moderation history. You can delete your account from your profile. Personal records and uploads are removed; authorship on retained community or audit records is replaced with an anonymous identifier.
Questions or corrections
Signed-in members can submit a support request from their profile. Directory corrections and privacy concerns enter the same documented administrative review queue.
