TRIAD exists to help North Carolina airsoft players find reliable local information and build a useful, respectful community. Participation requires the standards below.
Safety comes first
- Never display an airsoft replica openly in public. Transport replicas unloaded, covered, and secured.
- Published field rules, waivers, chronograph limits, protective-equipment requirements, and staff instructions always override general community guidance.
- Do not encourage unsafe modifications, prohibited use, threats, or conduct that could reasonably endanger another person.
Authentic participation
Do not fabricate reviews, teams, events, credentials, field ownership, attendance, or community activity. Reviews should describe first-hand experience and distinguish opinion from verified field policy.
Respect and privacy
Harassment, discriminatory abuse, doxxing, impersonation, sexual exploitation, and targeted threats are prohibited. Share another person’s contact information, photograph, or private conversation only when you have permission.
Listings, claims, and marketplace activity
Field and business claims require verifiable authority. Community submissions may remain private while a moderator checks sources. Marketplace participants are responsible for complying with applicable laws, platform rules, age restrictions, and safe transfer practices; TRIAD does not guarantee a transaction.
Moderation and appeals
Moderators may label, limit, archive, or remove content and may suspend accounts when necessary to protect safety, authenticity, privacy, or community operations. Signed-in members can submit a support request or appeal from their profile. Administrative actions are recorded for accountability.
Your account and data
Participation is also governed by the privacy and account-data policy. Members control their optional public profile fields and can delete their community account from the profile page.
